چکیده
Permanent magnet (PM) machines with fractional slot concentrated windings (FSCW) constitute a notably remarkable proposition for electric vehicles. Additionally, an integrated onboard battery charger (IOBC) provides another superiority as it exploits the components of powertrain to charge without any additional components. Interior permanent (IPM) motor arises credible choice due its high torque density, resulting from saliency ratio. The optimal design IPM has been extensively presented different perspectives, but employed IOBC application both propulsion and charging modes not studied extensively. In this paper, optimization 12-slot / 10-pole are under modes. A finite-element-based aid genetic algorithm technique is proposed obtain machine by maximizing average minimizing ripple, core losses, size.
